About H.A.N.D.
Help At No Discrepancy.
"Removing Barriers. Building Community."

Founder & Executive Director
Tauheed Spence
Our Mission
Community mental health without barriers.
H.A.N.D. was founded by Tauheed Spence on a single conviction: that mental health support should be available to every person in our community — without discrepancy. Not based on income, background, or zip code.
Based in Huntsville, AL, we build events, programs, and systems that meet people where they are — and walk alongside them toward greater wellness, awareness, and empowerment.
We are a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the community division of KUA Network — an ecosystem built to move people from pressure to progress through knowledge, understanding, and awareness.
We also keep stewardship in mind: overhead is part of running any nonprofit, but the majority of our resources are directed into the community, and we are committed to transparency so people can trust how support is used.
